Stipendiater kan bo i et nyistandsat gæstehus, der ligger på bjergskråning med udsigt over Shatin.

1) Room facilities

-Pilgrim's Hall: It is the main guesthouse, with 16 twin-bedded rooms plus 2 double-bedded rooms located on both G/F and 1/F, for accommodating about 36 guests.    All the rooms are equipped with air-conditioners/heaters and water basin supplied with non-drinkable water.  The power sockets inside rooms are of 220 voltage 13 Amp 3 Prong U.K. type and there is also 220/110 voltage socket for shaver.   All toilets and showers are located outside of the rooms on G/F. 

-Ching Fong Tai:  It is another guesthouse with only 5 rooms to accommodate up to 7 guests.  It is situated near the main guesthouse, with no more than 5-minute walking distance from it.  All the rooms are on the 1/F with toilets and showers next to the rooms.  On G/F, there are the living room, dining room and prayer room available for guests to relax, rest or pray.  There is also kitchen available for guests to prepare simple meals but no cooking is allowed.  This guesthouse is ideally for those who are staying a longer term.  

 

2) Laundry service

-Laundry service, wash & dry but not including pressing, is provided @HK$10 per lb.  Order can normally be completed in the next day. 

 

3) Meals

-All meals are provided daily in the main guesthouse, Pilgrim's Hall, with Continential-style breakfast serving from 08:00 and Chinese-style lunch and dinner serving from 12:30 and 18:00 respectively.

 

4) Internet

-Pilgrim's Hall: Two computers, installed in dining hall, are freely provided to guests to connect to Internet during office hours.

-Ching Fong Tai: There is internet outlet inside each room for guests to connect with their own computers.

 

5) Transportation

-From airport to TFS: Take bus no. A41 from the airport to Shatin New Town Plaza (HK$20) and then taxi (approximate HK$35 plus luggage fee).  The whole journey is approximate 60 mins.  (For details, pls refer to the attached file.)

-From TFS to downtown (Shatin): Free shuttle bus from Mondays to Saturdays at 08:20, 10:30, 12:20 (Wed only), 14:20 (Sat only) and 17:20

-From downtown (Shatin) to TFS: Free shuttle bus from Mondays to Saturdays at 08:30, 11:40, 13:30 (Wed only), 14:30 (Sat only) and 17:30

 

6) Daily rhythm

-Chinese morning prayer: 08:45-09:00 (Mondays to Thurdays)

-English noon prayer: 12:00-12:30 (Mondays to Thurdays)

-English morning meditation: 07:00 (Fridays only)

-Chinese Sundays service: 10:30-11:30

-English Sundays service: 17:30-18:30

 

7) Rates

-Pilgrim's Hall: Single room per night is currently @HK$210; Double room per night is currently @HK$300

-Ching Fung Tai: Single room per night is currently @HK$240; Double room per night is currently @HK$370 (40% discount on board and lodging is allowed for those who are staying in this guesthouse with minimum one month and maximum three months)

-Meal: Breakfast @HK$22 per person; Lunch @HK$32 per person; Dinner @HK$32 per person
